Having good visibility of operations within a cleanroom environment can be paramount to certain projects and we understand that glazing can be vital for creating the perfect environment. Our Puracore Vision Panels offer you great visibility, without compromising the cleanroom’s safety or structural integrity.

Partition Thickness

Two-sided partition, from 60mm thick to various thicknesses

Partition Finish

Pre-formed steel panels with a Foodsafe laminate on a galvanised substrate, with a bonded backing of plasterboard. Various colours available, samples and data sheets can be provided on request.

  • Joint Treatment: Silicone or flush push in PVC gasket.

Product Details

For many cleanroom projects, there is a high importance to have vision panels to allow better visibility of operations and increased light into the cleanroom.

We offer fully flush vision panels to suit our Puracore range. They come in a variety of sizes (up to a maximum of around 2.3m2) and can be offered with optional integrated, magnetic blinds. They are also available 150 x 1200mm to suit DDA requirements.

We also have a clamp frame option for environments where a fully flush solution isn’t necessary. These can be single, double or triple-glazed. They are also available 150 x 1200mm to suit DDA requirements. They can also be used in semi-conductor manufacturing environments.
