Kevin Gillham joined what was the family business, Stancold Plc, in January 1997 at 21 years old. By 2002 he was MD with sole responsibility. In this year he created Gilcrest as an additional new business with a move away from Coldstore manufacture and a particular focus on an industry he passionately believed in, Pharmaceutical Cleanrooms. Since 2002, the team have seen the business develop and grow into one of the world’s leading producers of high-quality FM-approved honeycomb panels for the Pharmaceutical market and beyond.

Sarah has previously worked in senior marketing positions for some of UK’s best-known companies but is now responsible for everything commercial-led and driving our business forward.

Daniel has over 15 years’ experience in sales and leadership within manufacturing, with a focus on growth and innovation. He leads sales and marketing for the full Gilcrest product range, driving customer engagement and business development.

As a seasoned sales professional with 22 years of experience Lee enjoys collaborating with others to deliver mission critical solutions.  No two projects are the same and he has had the opportunity to work successfully on large scales infrastructure projects as well as exciting start-up facilities.  Lee thrives on the unique challenges each one presents.

Jasmine developed her career as an estimator in a family run business. She joined Gilcrest to further develop her career, she manages the estimating process alongside working on how to improve.

Ben joined Gilcrest as a fabrication apprentice, working hands on in the factory gave him a strong understanding of our products. He now combines his practical fabrication knowledge with analytical skills to deliver accurate project costings.

Ed is one of our most recent employees, but he’s hit the ground running. After a few years of attending Cardiff Uni to study Physics, and working in the hospitality trade, he joined us to support the sales team, by finding and organising project leads, ensuring they have a good scope of the market. He’s also an excel wizard.

Andrew serves as Finance Director at Gilcrest Manufacturing Ltd, bringing extensive senior finance and general management experience across manufacturing, automotive, construction, and high-technology sectors

Christine is responsible for the day-to-day management of our accounts department. She joined us with a wealth of experience and is a force to be reckoned with in terms of managing money.

Anika joined us in mid 2022 as an Accounts Apprentice and immediately hit the ground running. She helps ensure the smooth day-to-day finances of Gilcrest, whilst bringing a fresh perspective to our processes.

Will started his career as an apprentice at Gilcrest Manufacturing and has developed into a key member of the team. He has now amassed several years of experience on both the cleanroom and bespoke sides of the business, developing a great understanding of our products and supply chain.

Peter has a wealth of experience in both mechanical engineering and project management. During his career at Gilcrest, he has handled many export contracts so has a detailed knowledge of the challenge of shipping worldwide.

With a degree in Civil Engineering Abdallah is a passionate project professional. He has a keen eye for detail. This along with his drafting skills in 2 and 3-D allow him to deliver great support around cleanroom constructions.

Aleks has recently joined the business as an apprentice. He is quickly picking up the fundamentals of panel manufacture, and our business processes. Aleks has already been able to support a range of clients with their specific needs and shows skill and dedication in his support.

Mark is responsible for the operations of both production sites. He has a wealth of experience in manufacturing bringing his efficiency and extensive knowledge to your projects.

Jason leads purchasing at Gilcrest Manufacturing, bringing over a decade of procurement experience focused on building strong supplier relationships, negotiating fair and competitive agreements, and delivering best-value outcomes. He previously spent more than 20 years in the steel industry with Corus and Tata and also worked in financial services at Admiral Insurance, giving him a broad commercial perspective across complex, regulated sectors

Paul oversees our Bristol factory, ensuring that every product meets our high-quality standards before it’s delivered. He’s our longest-serving employee and is always brightens up the office in the morning!

After working in our Bristol factory for several years, Duane is now responsible for smooth operations and quality control of our Newport factory.

Before joining Gilcrest, Arkadiusz career was rooted in CNC manufacturing and Lean methodology, where he developed a passion for efficiency, problem-solving, and building structured processes. He brings that experience into Gilcrest which has allowed him to focus on improving operational performance, supporting team development, and helping shape a culture of continuous improvement across the business.
