Glanbia is a large producer of performance nutrition, dairy ingredients and vitamin supplements and operates in 32 countries across the globe. The Puracore system was selected by Gilcrest approved Installers, BAM Cleanrooms who were the main contractors of this factory extension for Glanbia in Kilkenny, Ireland.

Project Details
The project was comprised of production and packing areas, as well as staff changing rooms for a new Glanbia facility that produced cheese. It required a fully flush, FM Approved system with walk on ceilings. The complex design demanded great flexibility from the Puracore system, something we were happy to support. We supplied 1,400m2 of Puracore aluminium honeycomb wall and ceiling panels (finished in WFSL), ancillaries, doors and vision panels. The facility required our Puracore system in order to ensure the stringent health and safety standards of the food production industry were met.
Our FM Approved, fully flush Puracore system offered the perfect solution for this project. The Puracore system allowed for the panel to span over 3 floors reaching a max height of 9m, accommodating low-level extractors and steel structures in a semi-open design, as requested by Glanbia.
