In 2022, IVCO contacted us regarding an ISO 7 cleanroom project within one of their production sites. Due to the nature of their production, they were looking for an FM approved and fully flush cleanroom system, using panels with a high strength-to-weight ratio.

Project Details
Founded in 2005, IVCO is a Mongolian manufacturer and provider of parenteral solutions for the state, private hospitals and pharmacies around Mongolia. In 2022, they contacted us regarding an ISO 7 cleanroom project within one of their production sites. Due to the nature of their production, they were looking for an FM approved and fully flush cleanroom system, using panels with a high strength-to-weight ratio. This meant that our Puracore system aligned perfectly with their requirements. We gladly took on the project and successfully completed it in Q4 2022.
We encountered several challenges with this project, including issues with the initial design submission and navigating the high delivery costs as shipments were being sent 4,500 miles to Mongolia, however, we worked closely with IVCO and found solutions to these issues, allowing us to smoothly deliver the project on time.
