Our Panels

Puracoustic is an advanced modular acoustic panel system engineered for industrial noise control. Designed and manufactured by Gilcrest, it combines proven acoustic performance with decades of panel expertise, offering a reliable solution for reducing airborne noise, managing reverberation, and improving sound quality in challenging industrial environments. Each panel features a perforated galvanised steel face with a high-density mineral fibre core and solid metal backing, using concealed slip joints for seamless acoustic integration.

Frequently Asked Questions about Puracoustic Enclosures

Our panels are Class A rated for sound absorption, with sound insulation properties of 30dB as standard. For more detail read our technical blog about our comprehensive testing which highlights the capabilities of the system.

You can use Puracoustic panels externally, but our standard pods are for internal use only. If you are looking to build an external enclosure please give us a call or fill in an enquiry form and we will get back to you to discuss the solutions we can offer.

We typically dispatch our enclosures within 10 working days from point of order, dependant on volumes. All of this will be confirmed between our team and yourselves before order completion.

Unfortunately the panel system is not fire rated, however it is built from Class A1 Spread of Flame materials.
