Make An Enquiry
Making contact with Gilcrest is simple. You can fill out the ‘Make an Enquiry’ form giving your details and information about your requirements. Or, you can pick up the phone and talk to one of the team, who will be happy to help you.
Enquiry Qualification
Your project requirements will need to be understood, as well as the size, technical specification and product delivery. This can be done through a technical submittal, phone calls or from a face-to-face meeting.
Obtain Indicative Costings
Once Gilcrest understands your requirements and if a suitable product is available or able to be engineered, the estimating team will put together an indicative cost.
Collaborative Working
With specification and costs agreed in principle, Gilcrest will engage with you on the next part of the journey. This may include Meetings, Drawings, Prototypes, Factory Tour, Calculations or approvals and agreeing on a program that works for you and the manufacturing process.
Manufacture and Project Management
Once agreed and signed off for manufacture, the product will be made, individually inspected and packaged in line with specific requirements. Through the whole process, there will be an ownership and point of contact within Gilcrest.
Delivery and Aftersales Support
Your order will be delivered by a network of known and approved delivery partners. The Gilcrest team will remain available to support you from receipt and into the installation.
