Both globally and locally, we have an on-going commitment to helping and supporting the communities we operate in, better understanding environmental issues and investing in our people.

At Gilcrest Manufacturing, we provide grants to fund local key activities around the local community from youth clubs to sports teams.

Gilcrest’s apprenticeship schemes and skills strategy’s aims to develop a skilled workforce committed to improving the business whilst maintaining employment opportunities now and for the future.

Gilcrest manufacturing is committed to sustainability and ensures that all waste metals and materials are re-used or recycled.

Gilcrest support local schools through donations of materials to the school scrap store and is committed to reducing the carbon footprint of every panel through its responsible use of energy and locally sourced materials.
